Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Profumeria Artistica Parente ships throughout Italy at a fixed cost of €6.00.
Shipping is free for all orders over €50.00.
We prepare every order with care, protecting the products properly to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Shipments are entrusted to selected couriers to offer a fast, safe and trackable service.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive all the useful information to track your shipment.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, without any penalty and without having to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform us of your intention to return the product within the 14-day period.
The request may be sent:

- by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Profumeria Artistica S.R.L. – Corso Umberto I, 47 – 81033 Casal di Principe (CE)
The communication must include:
- first name and surname
- address
- order number
- telephone number
- e-mail address
- description of the product or products to be returned
- IBAN and account holder details, if required for the refund
How to make a return
After sending the withdrawal communication, the Customer must ship the product at their own expense, using a courier of their choice.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer. The estimated return shipping cost may be up to approximately €30.00, depending on the courier chosen and the type of shipment.
The returned product must arrive at Profumeria Artistica S.R.L. within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated their intention to withdraw.
All risks related to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer until correct delivery to our premises.
Conditions of returned products
In order to be accepted, the product must be returned intact, complete and in the same condition in which it was received.
The goods must be returned:
- unused
- unopened
- in the original packaging
- complete with packaging, any accessories and fiscal documentation
- intact in every part
For hygiene and health reasons, returns cannot be accepted for personal-use products that have been opened, used or handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics.
The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product caused by unnecessary handling.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received, or after receiving unequivocal proof that it has been shipped, Profumeria Artistica S.R.L. will proceed with the refund within 14 days, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, or if it is necessary to proceed by bank credit, the Customer must provide the bank details required for the refund:
- IBAN
- any SWIFT/BIC code
- account holder
Profumeria Artistica S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend the refund until the goods have been received or until the Customer has provided proof that the goods have been correctly returned.
Withdrawal form
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the contract, or by using the standard form below.
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
